Just curious about starting Capoeira classes at the polytech very soon, what kind of gear should I be wearing if I just turn up? Are the classes very suitable for an absolute beginner (nervus one at that lol) and would a child aged 5yrs be alright to take classes? Thankyou :)

Hey, wear comfortable clothing for you - long pants and t-shirt are usual.
Child under 5 is most welcome to come with you :-)
